Najdi Rafaty, J.D.

Founder and Broker

Professional Background

Najdi Rafaty is an accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. She has a successful track record of closing large transactions in heavily competitive markets and is highly skilled in creating and maintaining collaborative working relationships.

Prior to starting LINC Realty, Najdi was a founding Partner of CRE Consulting Group where she advised and consulted some of the largest real estate owners such as Goldman Sachs, Lincoln Property Company, Palisades Capital Realty Advisors, GGP and Rouse Properties on acquisitions, dispositions and due diligence.  She successfully closed multiple transactions ranging in value of more than $134 million dollars. 

As the VP of Asset Closings for Arden Realty/GE Capital Real Estate, Najdi closed over $6 billion in transactions ranging from single property contracts to portfolio contracts involving more than 30 properties. She led the due diligence process in accordance with the applicable risk policies.



Najdi is a member of the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals as well as Commercial Real Estate Woman (CREW), where she currently serves on the careers committee and was nominated for “Spirit of Entrepreneurship.” She is also a member of the Plano Chapter of Team Networking where she has won the “best networker” award for the past two years.  She is also affiliated with the International Certification of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. Najdi also gives back to the community by conducting commercial real estate webinars for the University of Texas at Arlington Veterans outreach teaching veterans how to secure leases for franchise opportunities.

Professional Background 

Rose Hasham has been the Head of Strategy and Investments of the Company since October of 2021. Based in Dallas, TX for the last several years Rose has been active in the Commercial Real-estate space as a Hotelier and managed her own portfolio of (IHG franchise properties) primarily the Holiday Inn Express brand.  


After completing graduate school from Harvard University in 2010, Rose joined Forbes/Fortune top 100 companies such a Raytheon and CapitalOne in leadership roles to direct people strategy. 


In 2015 she left corporate to start her entrepreneurial journey in hospitality and commercial real-estate to fuel her passion for creating jobs within DFW the community. Rose is well connected within the DFW real-estate community and is known to many as the “collaboration artist”. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and stirring conversations! 



Rose currently serves as a Board member with the (HBS) Harvard Business School Club of Dallas. 

She is also the Co-lead for the HBS Real-estate SIG for Harvard Alumni in the DFW area. 


In addition, she serves on the Advisory board of UTD’s Economic Development Committee. Rose has created Deep Learning/AI internship opportunities for UTD students within her hospitality business to support the University’s strategic initiatives. She is also a member of the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC).  



Rose received a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Harvard University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Technical Management- Cum Laude Honors from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, FL.  


In addition, she has completed Design Thinking Bootcamps at Stanford University, CA, and an Executive Coaching Certification at the University of Texas (Dallas). Rose is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Texas. 

Crystal Renyer

Professional Background

Crystal is a licensed real estate agent that has a diverse career background spanning over 19 years of experience in sales, accounting, and banking.  She is a results-oriented, innovative & analytical thinker with a drive for change. She has a sales background with relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with clients and networking partners.  


Prior to LINC, Crystal was an Energy Manager for Rapid Power Management where she managed client’s electricity and gas contract, prepared pricing analysis, and maintained retailer relationships. She was instrumental in implementing new automation processes that saved revenue on hiring new employees as well as educating staff on energy markets including capacity and the financial impact to clients.



Crystal was a member of the Ft. Worth Chapter of BOMA for 4 years where she served on the advocacy committee. She has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) since 2019, where she has served on the membership and program committees. She also was the co-chair of the leadership committee. Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dana Perry

Commercial Real Estate Adviso


Professional Background 

Dana has experienced success in residential real estate for the past several years working as a realtor with The Thomas Group, where she was coached and mentored by Leonard Thomas and Jona Thomas; however, her education, corporate tax experience, and love for negotiation makes her a great fit for commercial real estate.


Dana is also a U.S. Navy veteran trained in aviation electronics. During her service, she worked diagnosing naval aircraft computers, while living aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk ported at that time in Yokosuka, Japan.



Dana has a passion for helping others. She has given back to the men and women in blue as well as veterans while working with Homes for Heroes and promoting Guns and Hoses events. She has been actively involved in her community for the past 10+ years, teaching children and teens at church, volunteering at local community events, and always looking for ways to promote local businesses. 

Currently, she is the HOA president of her neighborhood. In 2020 she won a $10,000 grant from the City of Plano to help fund a neighborhood beautification project. 

Additionally, Dana has been a home school mom for 17 years. During that time she helped SELAH of North Texas home school co-op establish itself officially as a non-profit and put in place an accounting system with checks and balances. She also volunteered as a P.E. teacher and helped organize various SELAH events. 


Dana earned a B.S. Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2005; however, she is committed to a philosophy of life-long learning.

Adam Bedow



Arden Pray



Adam joined the LiNC team in June 2021 as an intern and specializes in back-office operations and marketing. He has 4 years of customer service experience and is currently a junior at Oklahoma State University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship and Finance. At OSU, he is a member of the Financial Management Association and is learning about the real estate industry both inside and outside the classroom.

Adam’s interest in real estate began several years ago when he realized the many opportunities for creativity that it offered over traditional financial/investment sales careers. At LiNC, he enjoys being able to expand his knowledge of the industry while doing meaningful work and growing professionally.

Arden is the newest member of the LINC team. She joined at the start of 2020 as an intern and has since developed her role as an admin. She is currently a student at The University of Texas at Dallas, studying Business Administration and concentrating in Real Estate Development. Arden is a member of CREW Dallas, a CREW Network Foundation scholarship recipient, and currently serves as Vice President of the UT Dallas Real Estate Club.


Arden has been passionate about real estate for many years. She was first exposed to the industry through her work with residential brokerages and has since crossed into commercial real estate through her role at LINC. Her time at LINC has allowed her to gain valuable learning experiences and grow as a professional.
