LiNC Commercial Realty has struck a deal to help open North Texas’ second Wing Snob location. The new chicken-centric restaurant is located in the Vista Ridge area of Lewisville.
“We are excited to partner with Wing Snob and help bring this concept to more people in the Dallas Fort Worth area,” LiNC Founder and CEO Najdi Rafaty said.
Wing Snob was established in Michigan only four years ago. Two years later, the company was on track to rake in $3 million in profits. Today they have multiple across Michigan as well as Texas and Canada.
As the name suggests, Wing Snob’s menu is heavy on chicken wings. In fact, the only other foods on the menu are fries, a few small sides, and desserts. During the pandemic, franchises adjusted their business model to begin offering curbside pickup and even delivery in some places.
The opening of the Lewisville Wing Snob comes two months after LiNC Realty helped open the first Dallas area location in Allen. Both sites are in extremely high-profile and competitive markets. With its close proximity to DFW Airport, Lewisville acts as something of a gateway to the northeast corner of the Metroplex. A huge percentage of people traveling from there to Denton or Collin counties traverse the nearby Interstate 35 and Sam Rayburn Tollway corridors.
“The location is perfect for a company like Wing Snob trying to establish itself in the market,” Rafaty said. “The old cliché about the key to real estate being all about location definitely rings true here.”
