LINC Commercial Realty Brokers $3.7 million deal

LINC Commercial Realty brokered the deal, representing both the buyers and the seller. After identifying the property LINC Founder Najdi Rafaty got in touch with its owner, Victor Munson of Ferguson Realty Company. The land was not being actively marketed at the time. However, since the ground lessee had underperformed, Munson was willing to sell for the right deal.
“Najdi is very professional and pleasant to work with,” Munson said.
The deal quickly came together with both parties coming away as winners. An official groundbreaking date has yet to be announced. However, there will likely be plenty of businesses eager to get a footing in one of the nations’ fastest growing commercial corridors.

After designed plans are finalized, LINC Commercial Realty will lead leasing efforts and manage the new property.
